Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
9. Resource Usage
Shared hosting accounts must not excessively consume server resources.
Accounts using excessive CPU, RAM, disk space, or inodes may be suspended to maintain server stability.
10. Security
You are responsible for securing your website scripts, applications, and passwords.
Any compromised account that affects server security may be temporarily suspended until resolved.
11. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments remain unpaid
- Abuse complaints are received
- Server security or stability is affected
No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.
12. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party providers.
13. Limitation of Liability
iHost Pakistan shall not be liable for:

- Downtime
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Security breaches caused by user negligence
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the previous three months.
