1. Domain Registration & Privacy

All domains registered through IHOST follow rules of the respective registry.

Customers must provide accurate, up-to-date contact information. IHOST is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect details.

Domain privacy protection (WHOIS Privacy) is available to keep personal information private.
2. Domain Renewal

Customers are fully responsible for renewing domains before the expiry date.

Reminders may be sent via email or SMS, but delivery is not guaranteed.

If a domain is not renewed on time, it may be suspended, deleted, or lost.
3. Expiry & Grace Period

After a domain expires, it may enter a grace or redemption period according to registry rules.

Renewal during the redemption period may require extra charges.

Important: If a domain expires even one day past its due date, IHOST will not be responsible for suspension, deletion, or loss. Customers must renew domains on time to avoid issues.
4. Domain Transfer

Domains can only be transferred when unlocked and with proper authorization.

Expired domains cannot be transferred until renewed.
5. Liability

IHOST is not responsible for any financial or operational loss caused by domain expiry, suspension, or deletion.
